Dr. Dibba Bhargavi pursued B.Com. (Hons.), and then M.A., M.Phil., and Ph.D in English Literature at SSSIHL. Her M. Phil. thesis was on a thematic study of select novels of Joseph Conrad, Graham Greene and William Golding. Her doctoral thesis explores the eastern perspectives in a post-modern British novelist, Iris Murdoch.
Dr. Bhargavi joined SSSIHL as a faculty member in the Department of English in 2012. Apart from her regular teaching duties, she is also involved in research activities, guiding PG dissertations. She has also presented a paper in the area of Post-modern British Literature at the University of Oxford.
