Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning (SSSIHL) will host its MBA Foundation Day 2026 from 21 to 23 August 2026 at the Sai Hira Global Convention Centre, Prasanthi Nilayam, on the theme “Values-based Viksit Bharat.”

The three-day programme brings together distinguished leaders from business, industry, public policy and academia, alongside SSSIHL alumni and industry experts, to provide MBA students with opportunities for reflection, dialogue and experiential learning.

Day 1 | August 21

The inaugural day will feature a keynote address by Sri R J Rathnakar, Managing Trustee, Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust, followed by Guest of Honour Address by Sri Ajay Seth, Chairman, Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI), and Sri Rajneet Kohli, Executive Director, Foods, Hindustan Unilever Ltd.

Sri K Chakravarthi, IAS (Retd.), Revered Chancellor, SSSIHL and Prof B. Raghavendra Prasad, Vice-Chancellor Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning will grace the event.

The afternoon will feature a fireside chat with Sri Bhaskar Bhat, Trustee, Sir Dorabji Tata Trust; Sri Rajneet Kohli, Executive Director, Hindustan Unilever Ltd.; and Sri Sundar Ram, Lead Partner, CEDA, PwC, moderated by Prof. Madhu Veeraraghavan, Pro Vice Chancellor, Manipal Academy of Higher Education.

Day 2 | August 22

The second day will witness Immersion Circle breakout sessions led by SSSIHL alumni and industry experts across four domains: Finance; Digital Transformation, AI & Analytics; Governance, Public Policy & Strategic Leadership; and Sales & Marketing enabling students to engage with practitioners and deepen their understanding through domain-focused discussions

The Immersion Circles will be facilitated by distinguished practitioners including Sri Rangarajan Krishnan, Sri Saikrishnan Srinivasan, Ms Chitra Vaidyanathan and Sri Chetan Raman in Finance; Sri Rajesh Dhuddu, Ms Padma Ranganathan and Sri Ravichandran Koney in Digital Transformation, AI & Analytics; Ms Sai Ahlladini Panda, Ms Sarika Pradhan and Sri Sai Krishna Varma in Governance, Public Policy & Strategic Leadership; and Sri V Suresh, Ms Maheima Kapur and Dr D Nagasamy in Sales & Marketing.

The day will conclude with a musical performance by SSSIHL alumnus Sri Muthukumar and his band.

Day 3 | August 23

The final day will feature addresses by Sri Sanjay Jayavarthanavelu, Chairman & Managing Director, Lakshmi Machine Works Ltd. (LMW), and Ms Suchitra Ella, Managing Director, Bharat Biotech.

The three-day MBA Foundation Day programme seeks to create a meaningful platform for students to connect values with leadership, professional excellence and nation-building, drawing insights from eminent leaders and experienced practitioners across diverse sectors.
