Dr. P Nagendra Saiprasad specialises in agribusiness management. He earned his Ph.D. in Management from the Central University of Karnataka, examining the role of Farmer Producer Companies in improving agricultural supply chains in Karnataka. He also holds a postgraduate degree in Agribusiness and Plantation Management from the Indian Institute of Plantation Management and a B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Karunya University.
Before entering teaching, he spent 2.5 years in industry. As a Business Manager at National Collateral Management Services Ltd. (NCML), he managed commodity warehousing and the negotiable warehouse receipt business. He joined SSSIHL in 2025.
