Dr P. Sunil Kumar completed his Bachelor’s degree in Science from Sambalpur University, Odisha, in 1993 and his Master’s in Computer Applications from IGIT Sarang (affiliated to Utkal University) in 1998. He spent 15 years in Odisha-based institutions, first as a Lecturer at the Trident Academy of Creative Technology (Rourkela and Bhubaneswar) and then as an Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Science and Information Technology, Bhubaneswar, before joining SSSIHL. Subsequently, he completed his doctoral degree at Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning (SSSIHL).
