Qualifications
Dr. M. B. S. S. Narayana has been teaching Sanskrit to students across various levels, from Intermediate to undergraduate, for over twenty years. He completed his Ph.D. at Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeeth, Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. As part of his service to the language, he has also taught Spoken Sanskrit to learners at all levels.
In his previous role in Vijayawada, he served both as Vice-Principal and Principal. As part of his commitment to educating society, he has delivered several guest lectures at colleges such as Maris Stella College, Vijayawada, and has presented over 120 talks on Radio Sai on the Sanskrit Ramayana and Mahabharata. He is currently preparing to publish a book featuring important Sanskrit ślokas from the Mahabharata, translated into Telugu. In 2016, he translated Veda Pushpanjali (a compilation of Vedic hymns), Part II.
He presently serves as the Associate Head, Department of Languages and Literature, SSSIHL.
