ROLE OVERVIEW

The Office Assistant, reporting directly to the Director, Nandigiri Campus, will serve as the first point of contact and provide essential clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations. He will maintain operational efficiency through diligent record-keeping and manage dispatch, as well as incoming and outgoing communications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage incoming and outgoing posts, ensuring timely dispatch and follow-up.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and phone calls; aiding and directing inquiries as needed.
  • Perform general office tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist in printing, sorting and dispatching documents.
  • Provide clerical support and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Participate in periodic audits and checks for record accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 10+2/Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Institute with at least 55% (50% in case of SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/PWD).
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience in a recognized University/DTBU/R&D institution/reputed MNC company with knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) is desirable.
  • Experience in maintenance of dispatch, files, records and official correspondence with good English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Commitment to SSSIHL’s code of conduct and Values-based Integral Education system.
