16th International Conference on Sustainable Waste Management & Circular Economy (IConSWMCE 2026) and IPLA Global Forum 2026
The 16th edition of the International Conference on Sustainable Waste Management and Circular Economy (IConSWMCE 2026), together with the IPLA Global Forum 2026, will be hosted at the Sai Hira Global Convention Centre, Prasanthi Nilayam, Puttaparthi, Andhra Pradesh.
Organised by the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning in collaboration with the International Society of Waste Management, Air and Water, the conference serves as a premier international platform bringing together researchers, policymakers, industry leaders, urban local bodies, entrepreneurs, NGOs, and academic institutions to deliberate on sustainable waste management, resource efficiency, and circular economy practices.
The conference is being conducted in association with the International Partnership for Expanding Waste Management Services of Local Authorities and the United Nations Centre for Regional Development, and will focus on policy, innovation, implementation, and circular economy approaches in solid and liquid waste management. The event is also the official pre-event of the Intergovernmental Regional 3R Forum in Asia and the Pacific scheduled for 2027.
