The initiative will yield comprehensive deliverables, including a formal HR audit and gap analysis, a revised employee handbook, competency mapping, and sophisticated talent assessment tools such as the 9-box grid. By streamlining recruitment and onboarding systems alongside targeted management training, the project ensures enhanced operational efficiency and a robust foundation for long-term human capital management.
This MoU underscores the value of academia–industry partnerships in fostering practical learning, enabling knowledge exchange, and supporting organizations in building robust, value-driven systems and processes.
