Prof. Chelli Janardhana is a Physical Chemist.
After completing his Masters in Chemistry at Berhampur University, Odisha, he pursued his doctoral research in the field of Physical Organic Chemistry. Apart from his teaching experience of nearly four decades, He has guided 7 Ph.D. students and a dozen masters dissertations. He has 32 publications in International peer reviewed journals, and has reviewed several Ph.D. theses and papers for RSc, Elsevier and Springer journals.
He has completed several projects as the principal Investigator (PI) funded by the government and industry such as DBT, Honeywell, UGC and 4S Foundation. He currently heads the water research undertaken at the Water Labs, Central Research Instruments Facility (CRIF), SSSIHL.
