Dr. B. E. Pradeep Wins Gold Medal in Artificial Intelligence at the 38th International Exhibition of Inventions, Belgrade

Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning (SSSIHL) is proud to announce that Dr. Bulagonda Eswarappa Pradeep, Faculty Member, has been awarded the Gold Medal in Artificial Intelligence at the 38th International Exhibition of Inventions – Invention Week 2025, held at the Museum of Science and Technology, Belgrade, and organized by the Belgrade Association of Inventors from 29 September – 2 October 2025.

Dr. Pradeep received this prestigious recognition for his innovative work titled AMRx® – Culture-Free, AI/ML-Based Prediction Tool for Urinary Tract Infections and Antimicrobial Resistance. The tool leverages advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to predict infections and resistance patterns rapidly and accurately—representing a significant stride towards AI-driven healthcare solutions.

This year’s Invention Week brought together innovators from 14 countries, presenting more than 60 pioneering inventions and design projects across science, engineering, and technology.

India’s innovators made the nation proud by securing an impressive five (5) Gold Medals and one (1) Bronze Medal for their groundbreaking contributions and technological excellence. Dr. Pradeep’s achievement stands as a testament to India’s growing leadership in innovation and technology and aligns with the national vision of fostering an Ātmanirbhar Bharat and building a Viksit Bharat through indigenous research and innovation.
